Enable Moodle 1.9.9 to run on Windows Azure and SQL Azure
This project is a highly modified version of Moodle that uses table storage services for session handling, a custom stream wrapper around blob storage services for handling disk IO operations, and Sql Azure as a database engine. It also contains the necessary
modifications to spawn as many instances of the web role as required in order to handle a large user base horizontally.
